Organically farmed Picpoul from the regenerative managed Paicenes Ranch in San Benito County. This is the very first harvest from the 500 vines planted, with a small yield of 12 cases of wine! Slightly frizzante and crisp, this is the perfect foil for crudo and oysters. Fermented with native yeast in steel and aged 12 months on the lees in stainless tank. No ameliorations, filtration or added sulfites. 12.8% ABV. Keep cool.
