Organically grown blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Cabernet Franc and 12% Merlot from Klines vineyard in San Benito County. Grown on Sandy loams. Notes of brambly berry, cocoa, potting soil and plum with a medium body and juicy acidity. Destemmed and cofermented with native yeast in open top cuves and aged 10 months in neutral barrels. No ameliorations, filtration or added sulfites. 13.8% ABV. Keep cool.
